Our Story

Let go,
take chances.

Let Eat Go was born in a season when the world had paused. During the lockdown, founder Tyrone — based at the time in Los Baños, Laguna — began selling online: first frozen and baked goodies, then a pasabuy service for the beloved local delicacies of Los Baños, bringing a taste of home to people who couldn’t travel for it.

What started as a way to keep going became a calling. With a stubborn kind of optimism, Tyrone pivoted the little online venture toward something he truly loved: coffee. Let Eat Go grew into brewed goodies, innovative coffee-on-the-go, and drip coffee that puts local and flavoured Filipino beans front and centre — coffee grown and roasted across the country, served with pride.

Alongside the cups came the things that make coffee feel like a small celebration: freshly-baked pastries, warm sausages, and garlic bread made to be shared. As the name took root in his hometown of San Pedro City, Laguna — and across a growing online community — Let Eat Go introduced curated coffee sets, perfect for gifting and corporate giveaways, thoughtfully completed with keepsakes from fellow local makers.

In 2022, that determination was recognised when Let Eat Go was enrolled in the Department of Trade and Industry’s One Town, One Product Next Generation (OTOP Next Gen) programme — a milestone, and a reminder of how far a small, brave idea can travel.

The name says it best. Let go of the safe and the certain; take chances on the things that bring people together. That is the spirit poured into every cup.
